The Fine Print

The Fine Print:

* All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children- under 12 years old (each additional person is $15 per night). Prices are subject to local sales tax.

* We require a two night minimum stay for all reservations and a three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

* No campers or RVs welcome at this time.

* Late check-outs will result in a charge beginning at $50.

* There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100 if there is evidence of smoking or of pets inside the cabins. ATVs are not permitted under any circumstance.

Payment and Secured Reservations

Upon booking your reservation, we require a valid credit card to hold the reservation & for the $200 deposit payment. We accept Visa & Master Card.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our remote location, cancellations affect us greatly. If cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be applied to a future reservation to be scheduled within 12 months of original arrival date with a $25 rescheduling fee. If the cancellation is made less than 21 days until scheduled arrival, the full payment is due.

You will receive a confirmation letter detailing your booking. Please review it carefully for accuracy. If all the reservation information is in order, and you agree to the terms/policy, please sign the confirmation and return it to us by mail.

No Smoking, No Pets & No ATVs: All of our cabins are smoke free. We gladly provide guests with ashtrays and receptacles outside on our covered porches. We do not allow pets of any kind. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100 if there is evidence of smoking or of pets inside the cabins. We do not allow ATVs of any type for any reason.

We request that during your stay, you remember that our cabins are for future guests, as well. We know accidents happen, but please let us know if something is damaged before you checkout, otherwise the cost to replace or repair items will be billed to you. Please do not harm or destroy any property or landscape, or move and relocate the furniture inside the cabin. These types of repairs & maintenance are not only costly, but result in down time that can affect other guests’ reservations. We will seek monetary compensation for lost revenue when a forced cancellation or repair is a direct result of vandalism or other mischief. We also request that our furnishings (bed & bath linens, and kitchen supplies) remain inside the cabin, otherwise you will incur charges to replace what is damaged or missing. We also appreciate your forthrightness with the number of guests in your group. If someone extra joins you, just let us know, and we can take care of it. We want to continue to make your check-in as convenient as possible. Thank you for your business and your cooperation. We really appreciate it.
