Rates

Peak Season (March-November)
- Cabin #1 $120/night
- Cabin #2 $150/night

Off Peak Season (December-February)
- Cabin #1 $95/night
- Cabin #2 $145/night

* All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 preteens (each additional person is $15). Prices subject to local sales tax.
* We require a two night minimum stay for weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends.
* Late check-outs will result in a charge beginning at $50.
* No campers or RVs welcome at this time.
* Book 6 nights get the 7th free!
* There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100 if there is evidence of smoking or of pets inside the cabins.

Policies



Payment and Secured Reservations
We require a two night minimum stay and a three night minimum stay on holiday weekends. Upon booking your reservation, we require a valid credit card to hold the reservation & for deposit payment. We accept Visa, Discover and Master Card. If you prefer to pay by check a credit card is still necessary to hold the reservation. Full Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.

Steel Creek Cabin's Cancellation Policy
Due to our remoteness, cancellations affect us greatly. If cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be applied to a future reservation to be scheduled within 12 months of original arrival date. There is a $25 fee for rescheduling. If the cancellation is made less than 21 days until scheduled arrival the full payment is due.

Confirmation Notice
You will receive a confirmation letter detailing your booking. Please review it carefully for accuracy. If all the reservation information is in order & you agree to the terms/policy, sign the confirmation and return it to us by mail (Steel Creek Cabins HCR 70 Box 353 Jasper, AR, 72641). If you receive your confirmation by email, please review it & send a reply email accepting the terms/policy.

Smoking & Pets
All of our cabins are smoke free. We gladly provide guests with ashtrays and receptacles outside on our covered porches. We do not allow pets of any kind. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100 if there is evidence of smoking or of pets inside the cabins.

Other Information
Steel Creek Cabins wants to welcome you to our neck of the woods. We want you to enjoy your stay with us to the fullest. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know. We will do our best to provide it for you. We also request that during your stay you keep in mind that our cabins are for future guests as well. We realize that accidents happen to everyone. Please let us know if something is damaged before you checkout, otherwise the cost to replace or repair items will be billed to you. Please do not harm or destroy any property or landscape, or move and relocate the furniture inside the cabin. These types of repairs & maintenance are not only costly, but result in down time that can affect other guests’ reservations. We will seek monetary compensation for lost revenue when a forced cancellation or repair is a direct result of vandalism or other mischief. We also request that our furnishings, bed & bath linens, and kitchen supplies remain inside the cabin, otherwise you will incur the charges to replace ones that are damaged or absent. We also appreciate you being forthcoming with the number of guests in your group. If someone extra comes along, just let us know and we can take care of it. We want to continue to make your check-in as convenient as possible. Thank you for your business and your cooperation. We really do appreciate it.
